Use the GET STARTED button in the top right corner to submit your information, and a GreyHouse Licensed Contractor will reach out to schedule your complimentary Consultation & Design Home Visit. In this initial meeting we will review your needs, wants, challenges, view the existing space and take measurements, and gather all the pertinent information to begin working on an Estimate.

Using information gathered during your Home Visit, a Licensed General Contractor and Project Manager will create a scope of work outline and Construction Estimate. We will review this information with you in a follow-up appointment. This will include information on the cost, timeline, project details, and next steps for your approval. There is no cost for the Home Visit, or the Construction Estimate.

Sometimes, professional Plans, Surveys, and Engineering are recommended. If this applies to your project, we will discuss these needs in your initial Home Visit and explain the benefits of engaging these services. This varies with each project, and a Home Visit is the only way to determine what steps might be necessary.

Once you approve the Construction Estimate and Scope of Work, a contract is drawn up and things are official! You will be assigned a project manager and our professional crews get to work.
